The 11th annual URE! (Uwharrie Rover Expedition) will be October 24-26 this year. Registration is not open as of yet, but we just want you to mark your calendars for the event!

Also, if you did not receive an email from The Old North State Land Rover Society and would like to be on the mailing list, please email me at oldnorthstate@gmail.com and I will add you to the list for future email blasts... Don't worry, we do not send very many emails at all. Most will be between now and URE!11.

Hey Steven, Rendevous East is the same w/e, which very well could be a good thing- except the additional trucks on the trails.
Looking forward to it and seeing everyone!!

Dale, I know that there will be an American Adventurist group there at that time. I was talking with Scott Fields at UORTC about some things and that group came up. They will be staying with him and doing some stuff with them that weekend. I will look into the Rendezvous East group. Thanks!

Looks like the rendezvous group will be panning for gold and starting fires with sticks, surely they wont be driving 4wd vehicles in the woods.

Looking forward to it, I keep telling the little lady its our honeymoon but she isnt buying it.

If you figure out a way to sell it to your wife as a honeymoon let us know - my wife doesn't like off roading and I'd like to figure out how to get her to come to Uwharrie but she isn't buying it either.
