I've always wanted to try my hand at clay pigeons, I'm not a shooter so I'll have to decide if this is the time to try...

Well why don't you pick up these parts instead and I'll take you shooting!

My work/life balance at the moment is ridiculous so I doubt I'll make it up before John, but I'll definitely take you up on the offer at a later date!

They have coaching. I was there with reporters covering the Muddy Chef and there was a reporter who never held a gun in her life. After a few minutes of instruction she was hitting birds left and right. It's not rocket science.

Oh I've shot guns, I've never done clay pigeons. Need to decide if I want to wheel or shoot, I don't have much time doing either. Love the options!

You can wheel and shoot on Friday if you get up early enough (and are not too hungover from the free Whistle Pig.......)

I *should* be there...although still struggling with ongoing issues for my Dorman clutch master cylinder swap. The latest is the custom clutch-line I did to go to the new Dorman developed a split at the flare. So...going to maybe go with a stainless braided line and see if that will help me finish this damn thing in time!

I went to a braided line and never looked back. Just a quick thing about the Muddy Chef Challenge. Everyone needs to be pre-registered before the event starts. Due to the tight schedule of events and planning there won't be anyone available to register someone who shows up. Without a pre-registration you won't even get past the LRP gate.

The registration system is automated - so if you are last minute that should still work through Thursday next week.
