I might be interested, along with a few others from this area. What are your plans for trails?

Hey Johnathan: this will be my first trip so I'm wide open, any insight you can give me would be great. Let me know and thanks again.

I'd be interested as well, I was planning on hitting Tellico sometime over my break and it seems like it might be a time that isn't terribly crowded. I've been up there twice previously in the cold weather and there hasn't been many people there either time.

GH-

Tellico is fun, how is your truck prepared. If you have mild modifications I'd reccomend trails 4,6, and possibly 7(one tough spot you may need a winch for). If you have some experience and like a challenge my favorites are lower 2, 9(slickrock), and 11(helicopter pad/guardrail). If it is at all wet, body damage is quite likely on the harder trails especially upper 2 and going up 12(schoolbus) when wet is not easy. Hope this helps some.

Hey Guys: Awesome feedback, we should have a great time. Where would everyone like to meet up? I'm guessing everyone (including Johnathan from Augusta??) will be going through Atl so we could meet in Canton or even Ellijay. Let me know your thoughts.

Johnathan- I do have mild mods, 3"rovertym, some GBR componets, rocksliders etc..., I'm running 33's at the moment and will not have my 37 ssr's put on until after the holidays. I like to push my truck however body damage or the potential of is something I would need to think about at this point. Also, I think I've seen your truck before, that is if you live off of Bransford, I used to live in Evans for a couple of years. Thanks again. gh

My vote is Ellijay... Maybe the old Walmart Parking lot, by the Burger King.

Hey Guys: Ellijay would be a great spot to meet, the old Walmart parking lot is good. How far is Tellico from that point? Also, which day does everyone want to meet and what time? I am going to stay at least one night up there maybe two, any rec's on where to stay would be great. Again, thanks and I look forward to hearing from everyone. gh

Since it looks like I may fold on a planned Moab trip, I may jump in on this too, guys ... as long as a bunch of rover guys would let an ex-D90 guy in a Jeep tag along.

Of course, for Tisdale's sake, I'd hate for a TJ to show up any D90s, though JT, its true ... I've been hanging around Collins too long.

McNeill, this would be a fitting reunion my friend. My truck is still waiting on some parts back from Sunray so it may be a "game time decision" for me. If that's the case I may ride up with a buddy and camp with you guys.

Hope to see you there. I believe CC and myself will be heading up together.

Anyone interested in even going up on that Monday, 12/26?

Tellico Info.

Although I don't drive a D-90 (1995 RRC & 1996 Disco), I do live about 20 Minutes from Tellico and wheel there often. If anyone needs any information. Just let me know.

So, where are we camping? How does State Line sound with everyone? Or, should we go ahead and make reservations at McNabbs? I'm going up Monday, Dec 26, FWIW.

It looks like I may only be there for a long day trip. My buddy (who has a 90 in CA) is not coming in until Tuesday sometime. Let me know where everyone is going to camp, so I can get in real early on Wednesday AM. I am looking forward to having some fun and meeting everyone.

Hey Guys: either way, I'd prefer to stay at a motel/B&B but if everyone camps that'll be fine too. I plan on being in Ellijay Tuesday morning (I'll be driving up from Canton). It appears folks will be out and about Monday and Wednesday so if any one wants to link up in Ellijay let me know otherwise if we can exchange cell #'s we can always link up there. Nonetheless, let me know and please feel free to email. gihummel@hotmail.com

my cell is 303-710-3096 and email is tknc@hotmail.com. but, i don't think Nextel has coverage there (nor many others, either). I'd like to stay in a motel, but there's nothing real close to the trails, unfortunately. That said, I'd like to camp to! ... and am planning on it unless the weather is terrible.

I hate to say this, but I'm afraid we're out

Clients that we've been preparing for year end have suddenly developed new, um, "issues".

See you in September,

KAA
