SoCal Brit Car Meets

Just posted this over at discoweb too but thought I'd check over here too.

Just wondering if there are any SoCal Brit car meets anymore. I know there used to be one in Van Nuys, one in Ventura and one at the Santa Monica airport. Haven't been to any of those in years. Are any of them still going on? Any new ones? It'd be nice to see some other Defenders or other Rovers.

Did a little searching and found this:

http://www.queens-english.org/

It would be cool if some Rovers showed up.

Did you end up going to this? Any Rovers?

Woodley is a great venue for car shows...

Yeah, dropped by for a bit. There were about 10 rovers there. Some really nice samples. Steve from British Car Service had his Camel 110 there. Never get tired of seeing that one even though it only lives a few blocks from me. Wish some board members showed up...although I wouldn't know them if I saw them! haha.

Damn, I was actually gonna go to that but I had some important work to do all morning, by the time I was done it was like 2pm and I figured it would have been over anyway. Was gonna take the 110. For a second I thought you said Steve Lipinsky of British Pacific. Next year I'll take my series III with the BBQ grill bolted on the bumper so I can cook bangers or brautwursts. hehe
