If anyone has an extra set of used rims (steel or aluminum) to sell at ROTC, please shoot me a PM.

Very true. Blame Huff. My plan was the sane one - skip ROTR and make it a nice winter project at my leisure. I should be finishing my garage addition and making my wife happy anyway.

Peer pressure is a bitch.

I think Huff's plan was to skip everything this year.

hey! the only thing I missed was MAR...granted that is a big miss but otherwise I believe I have represented well this year! As for you Galpin, I just pressed you into going to ROTR, I never told you that you had to rebuild your whole suspension in the meantime

My truck wasn't safe to drive all the way to RC and back and you knew it! I would have gone to Gore (slower speeds, shorter trip) this weekend and delayed the work.

maybe...so I am an enabler! I think everyone should spend hours under their truck before a wheeling event anyway!

Exactly, what's the point of going to an event if you aren't scrambling with wrenches and stripping heads off bolts! Then driving out to Rausch thinking did I tighten that bolt enough?

Booked a room for friday night - thanks for the number Josh. Anyone hanging out at the Hampton Inn that night? I will have my son but might be able to meet up for a beer and/or dinner

Don, I'm staying at the Hampton. I'll have at least a sand colored LR3 and a big chocolate lab with me.
Looking like I'm going to be off-road Rover-less though. I know it's early today for UPS and/or Fedex, but with no brakes or ARB parts for the DI, no brakes, failed viscous and a leaky gas tank on the RRC, a failing trans on the D2, an expired inspection on the trailer, I'm down to the LR3 on street tires.

Ok, ARB functioning and refitted into rear axle. Bled brakes again and have a pedal- really need to find out why the RF accumulates air but never looses fluid- vacuumed out some stink bugs, removed all the camping gear left over from MAR, changed the oil and added air to the tires desperatley in need of some. Head to the car wash tomorrow to remove the remaining mud bog mud from the radiator, fill it up with some high test and heading out Friday am.
Planning on some green /lite blues on Saturday afternoon with some stock/teenager customers if anybody wants to join us.
