If your asking me, I'm going up early Friday morning. Welcome to come then of course.

I'm ready to go - put my competition tires on today. Just kidding, I'm going for the murdered out look. No seriously, I have a couple tires leaking air out the bead since the MAR and haven't fixed them yet, so figured I 'd use my spare set. But I am kinda digging the look.

Looking to drive out tomorrow night and just stay at a local hotel as I'll be barely able to get my truck ready nevermind camping stuff. I can only do Friday but still pretty excited to get on some trail.

Comfort Inn at Pine Grove
http://www.comfortinn.com/hotel-pine...sylvania-PA130

I've stayed here a number of times and they have a Rausch Creek offroad rate that's much cheaper than the regular rate. If you decide to stay there just mention you want the Rausch offroad wheeling rate. Not far from Rausch and Echo Valley Campground plus there are alot of fast food places nearby. Oh yeah, they have a free breakfast bar.

Don-There's also cabins available at the campground. That way, you'd still be close to the nightlife without having to drive back to a hotel. If you still want a hotel, make sure you ask for a Rausch Creek rate. The Hampton Inn is $80.
Jorge, yes, you could pay at the site. We're trying to get pre-reg for head counts. How many do you have coming and what itinerary?

Trevor, how are the cabins? amenities, cost? and location in relation to the camping? I bathroom? water? am getting a little under the weather, so it might be a good idea? who makes / takes reservations for it?

Thanks

This doesn't answer the subjective bits, but covers pretty much everything else

Charles Thanks, I looked at those, but since we are having a "deal " to camp, pavillions, etc, was wondering what is our rate and what we get , also how far from were our Pavillion they are?

Hey thanks for the cabin tip Trevor - I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what's available for tomorrow night. Are there any camp fire activities going on tomorrow?

If the cabin doesn't work I'll look into the Hampton Inn or Comfort Inn like Gery mentioned. Sounds like either will work well. Thanks for the info guys :

Upper 20's tonight and low thirties sat night. Some cabins are rustic, others are retired camping trailers. They ain't the Ritz. The campground has dedicated bathroom/shower trailers, so I doubt the cabins are plumbed.
The cabins don't allow pets, but the Hampton Inn does! And so does my tent, but, man, I'm just starting to feel good again and have a family vaca next week...
