Haha, its okay. We came up the trail and noticed you were no longer there. Kind of guessed that it was an emergency and you had to take off. We talked to Trevor when we got back to the lot where everyone was gathering to head back for the dinner. John (? white RRC) was with us and led the way back. It looked familiar since we had done it earlier in the day. A lot more fun after the sun had set though.

Great to meet some people and it was a great time.

Jarrod, when did you get there? Don't believe I had the chance to see/meet you?

Jonathan, didn't get to meet you either...were you seriously in bed before 10:30 on Friday??

Next year I'm taking my time through that course. I'm still a newb, so thought that if I knocked a cone over - but finished the course quickly - I'd still have a chance in the top 3.

I think it was briefly during the first ride of the day. I was closer to the front of the group hanging behind the 109. I was in this:

Had a lot of fun and have a new respect for what these things can do. Had a couple of pucker factor moments (like driving down the side of the mountain and then picking the right or left of the tree off the power line) but was thoroughly impressed.

Looks like a lot of fun... Hope I can make it next year.

Charles, Loic and I went to our OCC club run and had a blast.

There was an RTI ramp there that I didnt notice until my way out for the second run. I wouldve loved to have seen how far I couldve gotten up it. Maybe next time.

I spent the weekend riding with Trevor in a 92 RRC with 200k+ mileage on stock suspension. I have a new found respect for stock suspension. Amazing what they can do in stock form.

That photo doesnt show the line he took going up that face first. It was bouncing big time and I swear it was about to sit down on its rear bumper. It was pretty incredible to watch.

The whole goal of the weekend was to have fun but make sure that it would still get me home the next morning. We were following Trevor in a stock RRC which was pretty amazing in itself. I dont think I really worked the truck too much really. Could work on being a little smoother going through the rocky sections but everyones trucks handled amazingly.

A few shots. Not too many from the weekend.
