I'm bringing my D90, which I don't want body damage on. Should I plan on riding the trails in someone else's truck? I don't want to waste my time driving down a dirt road made for an Evoque.

You should be able to drive a stock D90 on plenty of trails with no body damage - worst case is you may bang your undercarriage on the occasional rock.

(I am not planning on any body damage for my own truck and plan to drive lost of the trails. )

Also - please make sure that you register your hotel room separately with the Wintergreen Lodge. For those that are interested - it appears that ski slopes will remain open that weekend if anyone wants to combine their hobbies.
Can you post the shirt graphic that's meant to be the enticement?

I was going to hop in with you; I don't want to scratch the Hunter...

I don't care about drive train damage, I can fix that. I don't do body work.

ROAV RAW T-Shirt

This is a rough draft of what the t-shirt will look like. This is the graphic on the back of the shirt. The shirt will have the ROAV logo on the front. The shirt should be green - like the graphic.

I was trying to get them to use a "cooler" truck - like maybe a red Stage One. Some thought that was a little self serving... I have no idea what they meant by that

(Next year we will use the photo of you and your Evoque!)

The year I was on the board the Rausch Creek event shirt graphic was a 130. I caught all kinds of crap for that even though I had zero to do with it. I think a stage one shirt would be cool. You have one of the best examples of a stage one out there.

I would ask that picture be removed. This is a damn defender site, and series too bc they are also boxy and sometimes get confused with defenders. Not a air spring site. Think of the children...

You are 100% correct Dave, about driving a Disco (and a D3 too...which means I actually like that t-shirt and may have to try to secure one) as well as the trash talk-which stems from the 'Should we have an LR3 subforum thread' which went off the rails this week.

Looking forward to the event!

Is the address listed on the flier on the first page the place where the registration will be tomorrow afternoon or will we need to go somewhere else? Will there be signs?

Hopefully we will get there early enough to register and make it to the trail ride.

Sounds good. Just wanted to have my planning down so we have a few min to register and make it in time for the Scenic trail ride tomorrow evening.
