Good times, great venue, perfect weather.
It was nice to see Comrade English, and Jimmy from Ny, yeah.
Raub, Trey, Lav, and I went with the "extreme" group yesterday. Both Raub's and Lav's trucks limped back broken.
We got back to the farm around 11 last night and Raub got a call from the guy who was dog sitting for him back in Florida around midnight that one of his dogs had run away so he had a rough night and got up and started driving South @ the crack of dawn this morning.

... And I was worried and Lavender leaking hub oil on the way home. Silly me - should have paid more attention to my own wheels. Time to go oil seal shopping ....

I'm too lazy to repost pics, but slapped them up on FB:
https://www.facebook.com/permalink.p...80009468926722

Anyone get any good "parking lot" shots of us pulling apart the front end of my truck? I only got the 1 from Raub. We had it down to I believe 1:20 from parking lot arrival, to pulling both front CVs and driveshaft due to the broken diff, to reassembly just in time for the group pic. Then....wheeled the moderate trails all day today in 2wd .

Big thanks to Dave Short, Bob Steele, and Mike Boggs & Mike T for a great event!

Damn, thats a tough call to get. Which dog? Not that it really matters....I'd hate that call whichever dog it was.

Just walked in the door and the dog is home safe and sound. Another great ROAV event in the books! Enjoyed meeting new friends and riding great trails with great people! Here is me getting high centered on a rock that was in the middle of the trail. It was a bizarre situation and a little hairy. Uncle Douglas even got out of the truck out of fear for his life!

Just got home a little bit ago all dogs safe and sound although the big one spent the night in the county lock up . Another great ROAV event in the books! Good times meeting new friends and catching up with familiar faces surrounded by some absolutely beautiful scenery. Was heading down this one trail with the extreme group and rolled over this one rock that somehow jacked my rear end up in the air. It was a little Bizzarre but definitely enough of a hairy situation that uncle Douglas jumped out of the truck real quick like.
