That's the same weekend as the KOH RC qualifier iirc so I'm hoping to be there. But at least on Saturday I'll be doing pit duty, so maybe not much wheeling. I'm game to do some wheeling Friday and Sunday though.

Correct. The KOH races will be held on the North East property. Should be some good carnage going on with the big dogs.

The rest of the property will be open for wheeling.

I plan to ride up there as well. Hoping to get up there early enough on Friday for some runs and then stay until Sunday.

I don't know how many trucks to expect for this, but from the response on Dweb, here, and from the phone calls and emails I've gotten, it looks as though we'll have a fairly large group.

If there aren't too many heads and if I can break out of the house that weekend I would really love to get in on this ride. I haven't been on a real trail in way too long.

Why is it always the same weekend as a ROAV event? I think I know what answers are coming, but its a shame to have to split up an otherwise fun group of people. As we all know Dans love for ROAV, but its the Cove! We went to Dans last spring's event, but wait, where was Dan? I think we should vote Dan in as president of ROAV,( sorry Gus) then we could have more events that everyone interested could go to at the same time.

I had this planned weeks before ROAV got off their ass to even schedule their Spring thing at the Cove.

May is a tough month. Lots going on in May. I don't know why ROAV chose May, either, as June would have been a lot nicer at the Cove and I told some of the decision makers this 6-months ago. But what do I know?

I not anti-ROAV, either. I'm anti-Tackley. I have my own views on clubs in general, but I'm not anti-ROAV.

Maybe I'll do something in July at the Cove. We'll see.

As for the last RC thing...yeah, I missed it. Things came up. Believe me, I would have rather been there.

Tracy,

Well I hope to see you on the trails one day. I hate politic's of any kind, just look at the world today.
Its just a shame that in this area that 2 nice events at 2 great venues are the same weekend again, some of us like to get there rigs out with the crowd more than 2 or 3 times a year. I can only hope for better scheduling in the future.

Walter,

I was a Board Member and the Treasurer (for a short period), few weeks ago we have had a meeting, and after said meeting I decided it was better for me not to be involved
