If that is the case... it appears from the roster we have at least 14 camping spots so we are short 6

6x15.00x2 = 180.00 / 14 = 12.86( round up 13.00 )/ 2 = 6.50

so in other words for an additional $ 6.50 per day ( or 13.00 for the weekend ) it will make sense to have the convenience

Get it in writing from that fruitcake at Echo Valley.
Changed the fees, had a heater failure in one of the cabins- I think someone slept in their Rover to stay warm, and she said tough.
No bathrooms that were originally offered.
Charged me for someone dropping off their stuff in the camping area before check-in who immediately went up to the park. Not like they sat around using the E. V. facilities.
Charged us for WiFi after saying it was included.
Doubled the rents on the tents.
Her daughter dropped a small load of firewood at the campsite from an front end loader, said for $10 more we could have had a full bucket, I offered the $10 and the daughter said that I had to pay for a full bucket now. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
That weekend cost me a boatload, would never go there again even to visit someone. (that costs extra)

I'm not going to be able to get up there until Sunday AM. Anybody want to plan on some runs on Sunday?

Yeah I'm game, although I don't want to leave too late if I need to drop Gustavo off on the way home.

I guess I need to go get my trailer and fix the running lights just in case

I forgot about the firewood. That was a prick move for sure. It's not the money, but the principle. But I'm staying there since everyone else is.

I once drove the Series truck up to the in-laws in Scranton/WB. That hill there that starts at Pine Grove and goes up to Tower City about killed the poor thing. I was in third with the pedal firewalled going about 20-25 miles an hour. The tractor trailers were passing me a few feet away (they had the flashers on cuz they were going so slow) and the other vehicles were all doing at least 60. This hill was the inspiration to delete the 2 1/4 diesel from the 109.

I'm not going... and Goose mentioned that I have a spot...

Do I need to let someone know... besides here?

I never called the campground. Do I need to cancel at the campground???

I don't want to leave people hanging.

Thanks!!!

Just to be on the safe side I called Echo Valley Campgrounds at 12:15.

Spoke with Judy and mentioned to take me off the list.
