I talked with Judy of Echo Valley today. She said that the X-Terras are camping there too on Sat eve. Not sure what they've got planned, but I guess that folks now have two choices to camp, at either Echo or at Rausch Creek. Judy said she'd give us one of those famous D-90 Source deals: $9/one-man tent or $18/campsite (if you have a tent for 4, for example). Dogs are ok. Restaurant is BYOB.

I'm leaving southern MD at about 6 or 7 AM on Fri. Anyone from DC/Balto want to meet up someplace north of the metro area?

First meeting place we planned is exit 8 on I-83 (Glen Rock). Left at the bottom of ramp to a little clearing on the right. Hoping to depart 9ish.
Next is Manada Hill/ Hershey RTE 39 (Exit 44?) off I-81. Left off the ramp and look for a Perkins -type restaurant on the left. Hoping to depart 10.30 ish
I figure that could give us time to check in at Echo Valley before going up to the Park.

Ken... if you did not already, can you throw all the new updated info into the first post? You should be able to an EDIT and add all that in.

Running down to the wire here on my timing. Looks like I might only be able to do Sat & Sunday, or just one of the days. The Disco is not done, and we have the boy this weekend so 3 people dont work in a 2 seater wheeling so well. LOL

Chris, If you want my PS seat is open so I can take a passenger, I can leave the top on also. You are more then welcome to stop by the campsite to swap stories and show off your lantern.

broken shock mount

As the title implies I have broken my shock mount and won't be able to attend. I don't think I have enough bailing wire and duct tape to fix this one. This has been a bad winter for the old D-90. Can't wait to see the pictures.

I should be at Rausch Creek Sat. morning around 8:00. Just have to replace the f/r diff oil, top up the CV joints, and spray paint my homemade rocksliders and I should be good to go. Also I don't think anyone will mind, but Vincent Torrone from Import Specialist should also be attending Saturday, as long as he finds time to replace a broken CV in his RR. Can't wait to see/wheel with everyone there!

Randy are you tagging along with Jorge?

Well, I just got back. It was a great day. Great to see everyone again. Defiantly a lot less people to contend with as with Paragons swam of ATVs rudely flying around you while trying to work your way up a trail. Good trails but no where as many as Paragon but defiantly some good ones.

Thank you to Ken for spearheading the organization of getting this together!

Super time! Great to see everyone who was able to make it. We're so fortunate to have D-90 Source to make new acquaintences and arrange informal trail rides such as these!

I think that Trevor Griffith and Pete Miller need to be mandatory attendees in the future... (I'll let people tell their own stories about why)

On Saturday, I think we had about 27 trucks, Series, Disco, Classic Range Rovers, Toyota, and of course, the Defenders. As I type, some of the lucky guys are still on the trail, others at home or up to their elbows in grease and coolant.

Let's start planning the next one!

I'll post more pics later:
