I'd take one @ a hundo.

Everyone sends a book of US cash. Cash gets compiled and handed to Hippert as a lump sum. Winner gets truck for 100$. As sales tax is assessed on fair market value (at least it is here) I doubt anyone would worry about it.
Books get donated to charity/church library.
