LOL. I like it. Add a rule that the next person *has to* drive it home (other owners can assist).

Sometimes ( specially where I come from ) , your word of Honor and a Hand Shake it is worth a 1,000,000 times more than what a piece of paper might say.

The only obstacle I see to make this happen for Mike, ( so he could walk with the full 10k ) is to have 100 equally minded ( or equivalent thereof ) individuals.

I am sure a Corporation with 100 shares could buy the D90 and the members of said corporation name a Manager ( LLC ) that will distribute at random ( read whatever method of assigning the winning number i.e. lottery draw on a specific date ..etc ) the only asset to one of the members / shareholder on predetermined dissolution.

Again, let the Barracudas give their opinion.

i am in for a couple. Seems to me that you could just have whomever is running it buy the truck and then sell it to the "winner" for a dollar or something?

How much would tickets be I missed it. Id love to have a chance at an ST. Maybe make the offer to members that have been around for X years etc. I am sure most people that have been around this forum know Mike and his truck....

$100.

By my fuzzy math we have 52 tickets spoken for. It shouldn't be too hard to come up 48 more!

I would like to get one... I think. Maybe. I would have to store it for a while if I won so it may not be a good idea since the whole idea is to get someone working on it and get it out of "storage." But if numbers are tight and you need more folks for Mike's benefit, I will buy one.

He is not a board member but in the process of joining. He is a big time rover guy and owns 4 right now. The truck will be going to a good home and he is giving Mike a fair price. I think Mike really wants the money and this should help him out.
I can certainly ask him to document the work he does on the truck and post it here so we can all witness the transformation but I can tell you its going to end up as a fairly hard core trail rig by the time he is done.

I guess I'm not in for one then...

Glad to hear it's going to someone that will treat her right and Mike's getting what he needs out of the deal.

Just have it sent to me for a little TLC so you can hide it from SWAMBO for a while.

Crossing fingers for Mikes sale, -We will see what happens.
