Sure.
Exit 77 off of I-81. the Perkins family restaurant is to the left; around 7.15am.

Follow-up Post:

Unless you want to try someplace new. Like the diner at exit 104- the Exxon is next to it.

Hey, I live in PA and I just bought my 1st D90. I would love to get on a trail. Where is it that you all are going?

Hey,

I am out

I bought my D90 new 11 years ago. When a much longer commute forced me out, I sold it to one of my best friends 4 years ago.......and 3 weeks ago bought it back. My wife and I never thought he would sell it........but when he announced he was going to........we had to buy it back. We are in love with the truck......

I did not know about D-90.com before - but I love the fact that I know about it now!

I waited for the last minute to decide, waiting to see if a previous commitment fell through. It did not. BUT - I look forward to meeting all you guys at some point on one of these off road days! I have done some limited off-roading at Paragon.....but will definitely be looking toward all of you to learn from!

Questions:

1) Does anyone bring wifes or girlfriends to these days? I would try to convince my wife to come.....

2) If a video is made is there any way I could get a copy!

3) Are there any off-road parks, trails, or get togethers that happen in the Baltimore, MD / DC area?

Trevor - thanks for the invitation - It was awesome to meet you and get my first of many services at your shop. My truck is running great.....

Feel free to bring her along. When we do the multi-day trip where jimmy, mike, and others from up north come down to play jimmy's wife usualy comes too. As for trips around the DC area check out discoweb.org for trips usualy with the ECP. Its a group of us from VA that go play in the George Washington National Forset.

We all made it home no problem. I love Duct Tape. It was a great day. Had lots of fun guys. We did a little of everything. With the repair work, near roll overs it was great. Oh and that sound of Tylers 90 dragin' through trail 5... You always are smiling though...lol

We lost a Disco on the first trail with an exploded cv joint, quickly followed by his broken winch cable. Eventually got it off the trail to remove the broken bits. He went home after that.
It was warmer in the sun, that's for sure.
There were others at the park also with broken parts- a Jeep Rubicon with a failed u-joint and a Ranger with all of the studs broken off of one wheel.

My wife has gone before on a couple of trips- she likes the weekend long Band B trips with Historic inns more than day trips to the top a coal region!

The www.roversclub.org often has good social events. The Trials event coming up on the 11th is a great socialising, family, off-roading event just outside of Reading. Enter the event or hang out and chat it up with other like-minded people.
