By the way have we decided on Paragon or Rausch?

Oh, a newbie of sorts! Well gentleman, where should we take Charles? Doorbuster? Pan Poker? Fender Bender? Diff Muncher? Track Rod Mangler? Rovertym Window Eater?
As always, I am flexible, but my preference is Rausch, mostly 'cause I haven't been there in a few months, but have visited Paragon.

Yes, very green

However, I did visit Diff Muncher, Sill Whacker, Exhaust Crusher and Rear Quarter Cruncher a few weeks back (but at a different location) and they were quite fun. I hope to have diff guards by the trip, otherwise I'd prefer to avoid Diff Muncher this time

Well, I need some MUD! I go all the way out to Utah and not one drop of mud. I think Rausch has a better selection of mud then Paragon. Oh and if we get Jimm's Jet engine T-case working by then both of us should be on for Friday morning, so we would only need a thrid to be able to enter the park.

I'm going to try and make it but, I don't think that I can get there very early Friday morning I can probably be there by Friday lunch time-ish... My vote would be for Rausch.. Where to camp though is another question. Any recomendations.. The KOA wasn't bad except for the 4am skidding wake up call every morning. I won't know if I'm going to be able to go for sure until a couple of weeks.. Depends on if the little woman is going to let me out or not.

I can get up to rausch by about 10am. KOA is probably the beter place unless we want to camp at the trailer park again. Personaly I think we should take Charles on Rock Creek as the last trail of the day as its getting dark

Excellent choice, Tyler! I 'll bring the Diff Diapers and a few batteries for the torches. And I should be able to make Friday.

Ahh yes the Diff Diapers. I now have JB Weld and I found that magical goo that Chris had in his tool box just incase. Never know when you might hole the diff or the fuel tank

LOL. I didn't want to ask, but what the hell - got any pictures of a diff diaper?

I'll talk to the boss, and my partner, and maybe I can come up Friday if the rest are, but most likely I'd end up leaving the DC area around noon.

Can we get a breakdown of who's coming and when? I think it's

Charles Galpin Friday afternoon unless peer pressure prevails
Trevor Griffiths Thurs night/Friday @ ??
Michael Hippert Thurs night/Friday @ ??
Tyler Kinghorn
Ken Loy Friday evening
Peter Reed ??
Chris VonC Thurs night/Friday @ ??

I'll meet Tyler at Rausch office by ten. Do we need to contact Lynn to let her know we are coming Friday? She says she has a day job also.

Follow-up Post:

I spoke to him this morning- poor fella 's been under the weather with a kidney stone! He's slightly unsure about the MAR right now. That could change in a week.

I actually need to be sure my truck can run trails again before I commit to saying I will be able to go. My schedule for Oct. is rapidly filling up between travel and other stuff and not leaving me a lot of repair weekends.

Everyone camping at the KOA or at the park itself? Will I be the only slacker towing my d-90 down there? there's just now way I'm driving 300+ miles on these Swamper bia's plys... I'll vibrate every bolt loose! Plus, I camp in my tow vehicle
