Florida...

There will be about 6 to 10 Rovers from Florida on Thursday afternoon. We'll plan on taking up as much room in last years location by the tree until more folks show on Friday.

Jack, if possible save me a spot relatively near the tree. I am bringing a bunch of tarps and a keg of Orlando Brewing's finest Ale. If I have to sit around and look at you guys all weekend I might as well be drunk and dry...

We'll be right about here:

which is very convenient to the classrooms, exhibits and showers. We had 63 Rovers last year (plus another dozen or so parked elsewhere around the property) so we'd like to get as many Rovers together as possible to preserve our "most favored vehicle status". Roxanne said they only had 16 Land Rovers at the Spring 2014 Expo West so she was pretty impressed with the turnout last year.

Jack,

Awesome pictures! Wow! Hope they cut the grass!

I seriously thought about bringing a swing blade but we asked to have the Rover area mowed this year. Wouldn't want to unnecessarily piss off the landowners (who are very nice people - spent some time last year talking to them).
Cosmo - we'll try to stake out a spot by the tree for you - I set up just north of the tree last year - you can have Newman's spot just south of it if he doesn't magically appear.

NHC 5pm update for Jaoquin has it turning west towards NC outer banks for bowling alley strike on DC. It's going to be windy and rainy in Asheville, but MAR is going to be a mudbath. Pick your poison folks. Jaoquin is a party pooper.

MAR has been known to attract hurricanes... Mud Atlantic Rally is well named.

Yeah that was the year I woke up with a stream running through my tent.

I did both - RTT and trailer - with the forecast being what it is - I'm bringing the trailer this weekend - loaded up and ready to go:

Thanks Jack. So, one keg of Orlando Brewing's finest has turned into two. Oktoberfest and I-4 IPA. I can't drink it all folks so stop by.

I'd bet a handful of unobtanium that there is a 50% chance of a possible Newman sighting. Hopefully.

Wet.

Maybe a dozen rovers. Smaller camp then last week and folks are still rolling in.

Also, I don't have enough beer.
