Most of the people that were going bailed out. I'll be down there with a buddy of mine in a blue lifted FJ if anyone makes their way over.

Man, they have really limited the beach driving on Ocracoke. I made the mistake of bringing it up at a local bar and they were PISSED at the wildlife activists. There is no more drving on the southern beach area.

We tried Howards, but it was too busy. We ended up at The Pelican. Great little bar.

I love the Pelican. The Bowl of Life (i can't remember all the ingredients but it has champagne in it i think) is always a good choice. And they have cheap Shrimp!
