Yeah I was getting married. It's nice to see others finally start to organize stuff.

like you had anything to do with organizing that .... you were merely along for the ride.

Just floating an idea here...

Would there be any interest in a meetup for a BBQ at my place in Garden City some Saturday or Sunday? I'd love to host something like that.

I'm all for meeting up on Thursdays in Brooklyn, but thought I would gauge interest before planning the event.

We have plenty of parking and you can even bring your dogs and/or significant others (whichever behaves best). Just pick up the poop :-))

Anyway, just a thought.

Now that I'd definitely be in to!!!!
I'm all for getting drinks and stuff, but without having our trucks there totally defeats the bigger purpose IMHO

I really have too much on my plate with my Lodge business to organise the meet up. However, I'm happy that someone step up to the plate. We should do a BIG meet up BBQ this summer at a location that have plenty of parking and allows up to BBQ. Maybe 20 or more Rovers together. I think there's a park in the Bronx that has plenty of parking and allows one to BBQ. I think a permit is needed.

Jason and I got drinks there not too long ago. I've been there before for a drink. I think my roommates go there for brunch pretty often. Looks like they might be involved with Urban Rustic which is next to doggy daycare. Ronnie and I had lunch there on Saturday.

I'm growing my hair for one of these .. it's a hipster ironic joke as they were 'cool' in 2014 and I'm going to have one in 2015.

Yeah!
