Horsey

I am pretty sure you will be able to find parking for your truck no matter how crowded the street is.

This Thursday 25th March.

7pm.

Provisionally park on Leonard St Btw Church and Broadway. I might change this for somewhere more photogenic!

Beers & Bar food somewhere close.

I'm down as well. If we're in that area I'd recommend Tribeca Tavern as it is basically right there, and they have a bunch of beers on tap, TVs for March Madness, pool table, two entrances (one on West Broadway, the other on 6th Ave/Avenue of the Americas), and pretty good non-metered parking by both entrances...oh, and outdoor seating to the 6th ave side if it ends up being nice out. Just a recommendation.

If you guys end up wanting to do that place, here's the directions from Jason's place to the W. Broadway Entrance:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sour...09602&t=h&z=17

or to the 6th Ave/Avenue of the Americas Entrance:

If you get there early and there are lots of spots to park, you should be that asshole that takes up two spots so that when more trucks come in we can move them and fit them all in together.

Leonard Street btw Church and Broadway should have easy parking at 7 ... arrive a few mins early so we can park close ... I have a roof top overlooking the street so maybe I can take some interesting pictures.

I need to ask, how does the east coast really feel about horsey showing up in his cardboard 90? I mean we mock him pretty hard on the left coast. I am pretty sure west of the Mississippi he is considered a tool. I am just wondering if we are going to have a east coast west coast thing like biggie and tupac.

I mean if he is your mascot that is totally fine. I do some volunteer work with a retard myself.

I think 99% of us really don't care if horsey gets a truck or not. If he does, great! If he doesn't, no worries. Its just the fact that in almost every thread, I have to read something that you posted about horsey that make no sense. That is what is annoying.

Lets say... he gets one... am I going to have to read a post by you about how he now owns one? I may have to kill myself then! Sure it was funny at first but now its just ridiculous. God forbid I had to come to this site and search "horse"

I could careless what car you show up in weather it is cardboard or not, as long as you like to talk about cars, drink a beer and are normal then that is fine with me.

wow I am hurt

Not really. You can all suck it. As for Horsey, he provides nothing to the board but comic relief and is a gofer. I wish him the best and have looked at trucks for him and in the end he will never buy one as he is the goldilocks of buyers. I am not the only one he has sent looking for nothing.

Thanks guys. Lee, I know you may come but don't have your truck. Randy, are you thinking of coming? Would realllllly like to see your truck. I've watched your builds and the quality that has gone into them.

Actually I think he is a good helpful board member. I too think you should try make a concerted effort to limit the bashing to relevant threads and not pull it into every thread.

Yes I add nonsense all day long but I also post relevant stuff and add to technical discussions and projects etc, including my own projects that help others so take the good with the bad and whatever I post never takes away from the relevant info on a technical thread.

BTW why would you search on horsey. Hopefully if you need to work on your truck you are searching a relevant term

Damn maybe I should be quiet. I can't make this happy hour anyway but I guess Horsey can borrow my truck for the night if you guys say he is cool.

It will be parked on East 124th street tonight at 3AM. Come alone

I was there, where were you?
I guess I have to go without a defender to the meetup.

Planning on being there loitering without my defender
I'll look for the rowdies hanging out on Leonard St.
