Take the ferry from down by you. Takes no time at all, and you can park at the ferry terminal.

Walker's is good for like a 3 person meet-up, but much larger than that and it's too crowded for us all to stand and not enough seating for all to sit. I vote Tribeca Tavern (just a block from Walker's) - we went there in 2010 for a HH, had a great turnout, we played some pool, there's outdoor seating and plenty of room to park right outside - I think we had 4 vehicles (but more attendees) there the last time without issue and could have fit probably 4-6 more. There's two entrances - one on W Broadway and one on 6th Ave. Large beer selection and a "Bohemian" atmosphere. Coincidentally here is their Zagat Survey.

Pour George's is another good spot - West 8th always has open parking on West 8th street, they have whiskey flights, and a good beer selection, although probably x2 more expensive than Tribeca Tavern. The other photo shows the parking situation on a regular day on west 8th. Although it is metered there.

Let's do either this Thursday or Friday the 9th or 10th at Tribeca Tavern at 7. Say which one works best for you, and we can decide from there.

Here is the Google Maps link that shows there's only no parking outside from 4-7PM M-F, so if you park there at 7 you're all good.

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=tribec...314.18,,2,-0.7

This was where everyone parked right in front of the outdoor seating to Tribeca Tavern a few years ago without issue (aside from bringing beers out to the trucks).

Dang, I'll be in NYC this thurday thru Sun. Every night is planned out in advance.

Josh - You ever been to Birerria? Supposed to be a cool rooftop bar with good beer.

Nope, I somehow haven't been to Eataly yet, but have been to all of Batali's other restaurants aside from Babbo, which will be next month.

You're right though - Birerria is awesome from what friends have said. If you want to hang out with some hot/nice chicks and drink beers, the Standard Beer Garden is a good place to venture off to while you're here.

Alright anyone else? Friday is fine for me, too. I just remembered that recently my rear lights haven't been working when my headlights are on, so if I can't resolve the issue by Friday I'll just show up without my truck.

bring the truck in! I'm working from home, so I can take care of it while you're working if needed. I want to see this thing.

logistically it would be unwise for me Josh. Not to mention rhd in nyc with a buzz on might be trickier than Rausch.
