NY: Jan 3, Deep Snow Run

here's the link to the page:

Deep Snow Run

number of rigs will be limited, so first come first serve never more than a 20 minute walk back to the road.. so don't feel like we're leading you off to certain death....

2+ feet of fresh snow on top of 8 or so inches that were broken two weeks ago.

winch, front and rear lockers, and 33" tires are a minimum due to the conditions. should not be a winch fest for those who know how to winter wheel, but be prepared for some long winch pulls if we have broken rigs.

body damage likely due to conditions.

located 4 miles from exit 28 of the NYS Thruway. sign up though the above link.

he had the built 3.5L pulling a sustained 6800 rpm on one hill climb.... not too bad for a rig i bought for $2700 and brought back from the dead before i passed it along to a good friend for a screaming deal that just covered parts and a small portion of my time.

Offender still needs some TLC, but that's best left to the new owner to make it his own. now he's hooked on rover's, which was the whole point of my exercise in the first place. This rig couldn't have ended up with a better keeper.

I think Ernie Young would be happy to see Offender back in action. If anyone is in contact with him, give him the address of the link.
