You can put the post count to 1... I don't keep track of that stuff. Hell, look at my "Status Description"...

If it wasn't that I'm pretty sure Goose is straight, I'd ask who pitches and who catches.

Would the "one of the guys" be Barry, by chance? Or the other forums version of Barry?

Not sure if you're bringing parts, but Pedro will have me loaded up with some for you!

I have the hammer style one that I've borrowed from Andrew, IT SUCKS as I do not have a press to hold shit or to use the press for crimping.

I used a hammer style for my battery cables and found it to be therapeutic! Simply clamp in a vise and hit it!

frigging amateur.... if you have a propane torch (the cheap 1 gallon bottle will do), hold the terminal with a set of vise grips, heat the terminal, melt solder about 1/2 way up.... dip the cable into the terminal, hold it there for some 2 minutes until the solder begins to cool, you're done.

or use an anvil or a hard place (bench top perhaps) lay the terminal flat on the bench, slide the cable into the frigging terminal... using a center punch and a hammer, locate the center of the crush sleve, center the punch and strike with hammer.... repeat last step as necesary.... or come back to the shop with me this evening I will do it for ya.... I have the shit I just suggested except the terminal...
before you ask, no I dont have a crimper for a wire that size.
