What road are you on?

Today's location being the exception, if we move HH back to the other side of the beltway, Goose you should go 295 S all the way to the Wilson Bridge, then roll over that way...it's clear sailing. I have no problem being your traffic Sherpa.

Thanks Lav, I will try to be by at 6:30pm.

I know! I'm terrible at listening to direction. Well, that and my indicators stopped working one weekend so I figured I'd fix it before the VA inspection station fails me

I ended up just biting the bullet and buying a whole bunch of stuff from Waytekwire to switch the fuse and relays to ISO 280, switch the headlights to H4, install the MUD UK console and migrate the switchgear to Carling switches. Jeff also helped (ok "helped" is really the wrong word, he pretty went 150% on making the work happen, plus fixed a bunch of minor but annoying broken stuff on the truck) me last Saturday install the Atlantic British Tire Carrier.

It's like I try to fix one thing and find about 2 other broken things while investigating...the growth of small things to fix on a defender is exponential! I just hope the growth of fixes catches up...

I think Pedro recruited me to get him...so you're off the hook, but I'm hanging in the wings waiting for his green light (or more importantly, his wifes' green light to pick him up!).

It was great seeing everyone again!

So...opinions on PH#7?

I liked the air conditioned nature of it, and it was very clean. It was a little disconcerting being the only people in the restaurant...I'm so used to being at Jay's where there's always people around. No patio, though, and it didn't have the anonymous forest in the back that Kilroy's does for impromptu wrenching sessions

It seems to be more of a restaurant/sit-down place as opposed to an anything goes bar/pub.

There is a bar upstairs and it was full of people... We left around 11:30 PM and the lady told us they are open until 2 AM.

I liked it, but I'm not sure it passes the dive bar test. I actually liked the fact we were downstairs with no noise (other than the ruckus we were making) instead of having to strain to hear over loud music and others. Yeah I'm getting old.

Good seeing everyone, and meeting you Frank.
