So, I'm actually going to show up this Friday. Does anyone want a free d90 OEM fuel tank guard? It has some mild rust, but that could be sanded off. Would prefer to give it someone who could use it versus tossing it into a landfill/recycling.

I also have 4 BFG ATs 265/75/16s that I'd sell locally on the cheap, but I have no pics, nor tread info at the moment.

At this point I suppose I should be asking if we could have a swap meet sometime soon.

Im interested in the tank skid. Mine rusted through and I need to replace it. I would have gone with an aluminum alternative but can't pass a free stock version! mine has dents but nothing concerning that would make me think it's not strong enough. I will try to make it on Friday, need to get a kitchen pass first!

Oh crap, forgot it was tonight. Having a crazy week and may need to work late, but otherwise plan on being there.

johnK, location is:

Jay's Saloon & Grillwww.bardc.com
3114 10th Street North
Arlington, VA 22201-2108
(703) 527-3093

I'll be there early probably around six, I have to stop off and pick up some tires first. I usually get there early and try to hold down a table although it looks like we will be outside for the first time this year so that should not be as much of a problem. Forgot to wear a LR shirt so new folks might have a hard time ID'ing us. though I will probably be the only person there in a tweed trilby.

Thanks, guys, had a great time meeting all of you. I'll try to negotiate more social time from the wife at the next HH..

And I just realized I completely spaced on the skid guard, Loic - I'll bring it next time. Very sorry.

I had to drop out. I am knee-deep in a restoration project and had to get it finished tonight.

Good seeing you all! This was definitely a good break from work for me and I just needed to hear about crazy folks embarking on crazy projects ( or almost out of them )

Ok, changed the subject on this thread to keep it current, but give Bill less incentive to start a new one

Bozman is coming to town on Friday the 16th of April, so lets have an HH then. He's delivering my series and hopefully bringing the family, so lets encourage our significant others to attend. Mine will be there.

Jays, 6pm.
