I'll do Leesburg no problem. Lav, you can come out to the Chantilly office earlier in the afternoon if needed before heading over

What about Great Falls? May be a good compromise for the NOVA folks with normal jobs...reverse commute for the MD folks like Goose, still accessible for NOVA folks if they leave early enough to beat traffic or tough it out on GW Parkway. Thoughts?
The only issue I see with Leesburg is 45 miles on either 267 or 66. But Goose will have no sympathy

Are forgettting that for the time being, we are simply visiting these places in order to rate and reach a decition as to where we get stablished.
I suggested staying out of the pubs located in little cities with their own police forces due to personal past negative experience (even if for a one time visit).
other than that Im open to all suggestions on a trial basis.

It's still at Jay's for the time being. Our next meeting should be a meetup (at Jay's...maybe down a quick pint) and a road trip in someone's truck(s) to at least one of the other venues so we can all rate them. I think they call it a pub crawl, but in our case it is straight up research.

I don't know WTF you are talking about Bill. The next one is a Kilroys. The following will likely be public house #7, but we have next month to figure that out (and be able to include the Kilroys experience in our decision making)

I dunno C, you make a pretty compelling case for using you as a "bait" car so we can all be left alone.

Kilroy's qualifies so it's first up. What's next?

Sadly I think the two members who voted for Kilroy's (Charles and I) probably won't be there!

You have to remember they are driving Rover products, so what would be a two or three hour drive for most requires at least a full day's extra time allotment.
