Wow I get to sit in sunny Sanibel Island and miss a HH where skinny Dave goes off....

All I'll say is my boy Dean at Independent did a fantastic job on my truck and I would say anyone can stick their nose in it and see. Dave can't comment on yours. But mine is awesome and I would definitely recommend Dean and his team.

It'd almost be tempting to bump it to Wed 3/16.

I second the motion (if that's a motion; if not I so move)--the only thing worse more off-putting than Kilroy's on any old Thursday would Kilroy's on St. Patrick's Day.

I don't think my lungs could take a smoke-filled St. Pattys tent!

Ok, well then I hate crowds of drunkards spilling beer all over me. I typically like to be the only one fitting that description in a room or gathering.

Speaking of HH, does anyone local need the blasted Disco 1 CD changer I've been very halfheartedly trying to offload for several months?

Free to a good home, or even to a really horrible, dysfunctional one that will emotionally scar it forever.

Coasters? Certificate of Deposit, yielding almost nothing? Or maybe it's a mini frisbee like the vinyl LPs? So is HH still Thursday or Wednesday?

Lavender - CD's = Center Differential

The coil sprung crowd like to invent fancy new terms and put on airs about their fancy trucks. "CD changer" - pulease ... In my truck it is just another gear shift lever.

I mean - what else could he possibly be talking about? But still, there are so many fancy ultra modern things on the coil trucks that I simply do not understand.

(I am out for March 16 - on business travel)

Totally agree that we should move it this month. If not the 16th, slip it to the 24th. Time change is this weekend, BTW, so we'll be able to have some daylight to slip to parking lot and enjoy trucks! The 17th would be a zoo and I've also been reminded wives may also want together time that day. Just sayin'!
