I think Charles may have skewed weeks on this calendar. The NOVA HH is the third Thursday - Nov 19. The ROTR event is before that - NOV 13.....?????

Yeah I guess I can't read a calendar. I'm good for the next HH.

I'm tentatively planning on coming, but will have to see how next week unfolds... It is next Thursday and not tonight, right?

Not quite waiting on windshield which is back ordered by manufacturer and led headlights before going to dealer for gas tank recall.
Much of the outside is assembled, will begin moving attention to inside including upholstery. I'm replacing upper tailgate, seats and seat heaters, wire the lockers and extra lights, train horns and that sound system.
Paul gave me a set of dusty new old stock Arnott air bags so now I'm ditching the existing factory in lieu of the superior Arnott set...will take some update pics tomorrow to show current progress. All led lighting is in also.

I wondered why you went with the OEM boots. From everything I've read, the Arnotts are a vast improvement over the OEM.

Post those pics...

I have 230 at shop...two migs as well...three if you count the 115.
I kept the factory air bags because I have been renewing just the bellows every two yrs with p38 new replacements. Arnot stopped making classic bags about 4 yrs ago, I emailed them and they replied the market was not there anymore thus the shortage.
The ones from Paul are p38's which I have modified to secure on to classic axle.
Rock auto sells Arnot look alike thru another distributor their name skips me, I plan on storing a set of those for future reference. Arnott has a lifetime warranty if not modified, so I just voided the warranty on mine by modifying, thus the need to stock future replacements. All other components are a straight swap or available, sensors, relays, controllers, ecus and prices are not as astronomical as they used to be. I will limp it as long as possible, 20 yrs so far.

Cgalpin mentioned he has a fabulous battery welding setup and we discussed the poss of an in-lot demo, but bringing it to Carlos' shop and paying him to weld the little rest on might be a lot less trouble....

Did Carlos take care of you? My battery welding setup would require 3 people bring a battery or be prepared to pull theirs. I'd have to go get the kit from my trailer too.

Oh, we should have a special guest this week - a certain forum member driving a lightweight across country!
