Yeah, not sure what the motivation for the closure was...heard from a friend that a small Jeep group went up last week and was met by the Forest Rangers and informed of the new restriction.

I tried to get Charles Hughes to join us, but he has apparently moved out of the area. I thought he might still be in Severna Park. I hope we can catch him one of these days.

He wrote back with a very kind response, but I doubt that he'd actually show up at our humble HH.
For them who don't know who he is, he was the first CEO of LRNA back in the days when they relaunched the brand in the USA. He built the HQ in Lanham and LR University. I figured he would be an interesting guest.

That would be worth attending to get an autograph on an owners manual...could add 50K to the value!

So you're truck would then be worth...$50,500? (using Pedronomics)

Anyone got a spare washer pump for a 94? Mine's dead I think which is making it hard to drive in the saltwater we call roads.

Are you SURE it's dead? Did you run 12V directly, and a separate ground just to see if it spins up? I had a combo of bad connection and clogged nozzle (at the windscreen) on my NAS, but sorted both and it was back in business. I initially thought my washer pump was shot too.

I haven't. I'd forgotten about this little issue until last night when I drove the truck for the first time since thanksgiving. I'll check this weekend and see.

I'd bank on it being a bad ground or shoddy connection. Bring it to HH this Thursday! I can bring a long string of wire to test it out on the spot.

wouldn't surprise me given the other electrical issues. I'm planning on bringing it.

Someone remind me to get some help diagnosing an occasional squeal I hear under the hood. I want to make sure the alternator isn't on it's way out, because with my luck it will go on the next wheeling trip.

I have a spare! (for the trail at least). Or wait, is yours different with the belt setup you have?
