Great to see some new faces. Ours is arguably the largest regular gathering of Rover enthusiasts in the USA (along with this thread being the longest running, and with nearly 5000 posts, one of, if not the one with the most comments of any Rover-related on any forum). Sometimes it a big gathering, sometimes just two or three, but we haven't missed one in many many years.
A virtual nod to our new waitress. We have burned through a lot of 'em in our time. Every time a new one needs to be briefed on our common habit of leaving en masse for the parking lot, seemingly without paying our tab....she seems far more with it than the last one.
Anyway thanks for coming out in the chill to chill.

YES...Bill - Melanie was certainly worth it! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY...She said to me she is going to ask her boss to "do" us each month

So long as Goose keeps his opinions on how old she is to himself we should be quite happy

CHIP - I for one love this suggestion...but a warning - we do these, call them Church, mainly in the warmer months - with the ability to do them inside and with lifts!!!!.... well, all I can say is I'M IN

Ray, it's because you left that Shelby quit. Bereft, crestfallen, she was. All the light had gone from her eyes. Sad, really.

I caught Chip on the way out and gave him a Church overview...told him he'd definitely have interest (and I'd be down absolutely). Seems like a good plan, and would love to checkout his setup regardless -looks like a great shop.

Ray, I think you'll be happy with Shelby's replacement. If for no other reason than the Daisy Duke wardrobe...

Great to finally put some faces behind the avatars. Only disappointment was the lack of real mullets.

I'll vouch for Chip's shop. The other thing to remember is that he is close to Buz n Ned's, home of VA's finest BBQ.

As for Melanie...Goose - you said she was 40'ish and I said she was mid-20's, so I guess we were over and under...Now that I know that she wants to 'do us', I vote we stay at Kilroy's...

The vote must have taken place without a quorum. No real reason to move it to a Tuesday. Sometimes you can make it and sometimes you can't.

Your balls belong to me, and are on my workbench.

We are moving the date as some poor long suffering woman actually said "I DO" to Gustavo
