Pedro is your one stop shop for tires and wheels at this point! I am not sure anyone truly knows how many sets of wheels and tires he actually owns but I know it outnumbers the trucks he owns by at least 2!

Pedro, I may develop interest on acquiring the tire set.
as per yr text, Lr discontinued and discouraged the use of any oil in the swivel, in fact there was a dealer campaing in late 1990 early 91 where any vehicles presented for service be retrofitted to use one shot. it begun appliying to classics then discos and d's came into the picture and they came equipped with one shot.... basically it is cv joint grease, can be found any where. the one shot fill gives you the factory reccomemnded amount.

Didn't they discourage it because they didn't want to fix the swivel ball seal leaks??? So the grease just avoided the leaks, as is my understanding. The early Ds ere still oil...it wasn't until late 90s that they did away with the drain plug and went to grease from the factory (97 or 98 I *think*).

Ps - THANKS for the pintle...got it from Pedro today. You are THE MAN.
