Craig,
You may want to step up the Aussie maint plan a bit. Seems your stuff keeps dying.

Haha...Doug, she ain't too bad for a barn rescue...but I am working on it!

Jason...I am 80% sure the generator is shot, but the battery was toast so I need to get that back on Monday and do a simple battery on vs battery off test to see if it is the generator (thanks Charles). But pretty sure it is.

Luckily Pedro has replaced every electrical part on his and I have his old generator now, so if nothing else....fix a wiring issue and I have a spare generator.

You always do! Just show up! That's the worst that can happen to you? We fix your Series? Have Carmen tow it to Kilroy's, we'll wrench on it while eating burgers and you'll drive home. We'll take pictures, post them on Facebook, give you crap, but at the end of the day, your truck will drive under it's own power...

Nice bitch slap Loic, and good to keep smack talk Thursday going through the weekend.

Pedro, you could have been the best working POS series there if you had come! Too late now as I gave mine some TLC today and my brakes are fixed (mostly) and all my electrical oddities too. I still have some carb annoyances but shes quite drivable again.

Actually if you had come, I think series trucks would have outnumbered defenders for once (all at one time anyway). So for that you will never be forgiven. Until next month anyway

I need to make one of these before I leave town and it looks like May will be my last chance. Other than dropping off Tony's bumper on the RURR, I haven't done anything rover related in nova. How close do ya'll meet to Old Town?

my truck is still broken from Rausch Creek...a list of things to repair:

1. gash in fuel tank
2. drag link

things that need to be fixed but aren't mission critical:
1. warped front bumper
2. severely warped steering guard
3. york compressor
4. right side stub axle seals/bearings (leaking oil)
5. dent in roof

I don't think I can make it this week!

A barely plausible excuse...

It's not a gash in your fuel tank, it's a dent! the only thing I would do to fix the dent if I were you would be weld a piece over the corner of the guard so there is no tank exposed...and your drag link got you home from RC with no issue so try again! In fact, I like that only #4 of the non-critical could be a possible issue!

Now that I have finished ragging on Kang, I'm out this week too...I will be in St Pete for a few days
