Nice. So the D1 y-pipe DOES fit? I was offered one for near free when I did mine and didn't take it since the D1 one should have 4 o2s, are a different part number, and I couldn't confirm the bends and fit.

Always nice to unbolt and bolt back in rather than saw an weld!!

No, at least a '94 D1 with 3.9 14CUX setup has 2 02 sensors just like the 3.9 D90s. I'm glad to see it's a good fit.

they are a straight fit even with the classics, the 4.0 96 to 98 d1 and defender will work as well so long as the rear 02 holes are plugged.
in my 95 classic, I could not locate the y pipe but rather found one to fit a 2004 d2, I welded a plug to the rear 02 sensors, and installed a smaller bung thread to the front (the d2 02's are bigger in diameter), threaded my 02's into the new bung and voila, 2004 d2 cats and y pipe using early 02's ina 95 classic.
the difference is from after the primary muffler, all else is very much the same accross older rovers with a few exceptions here and there.

Very cool view yesterday on the way to Crabtree Falls. Unfortunately, my shitty phone didn't capture any detail of the house peeking out of the clouds and frozen fog on Wintergreen Mountain.

I was guiding and driving alone so I didn't get much else other than a pic of the cabin and the other side of the mtn and this chick out on the trails.

These trails are near Montebello, Virginia about another hour past C-ville. I call it Crabtree Falls but I think it's known as the Levels too. Trails are beautiful. Running water along the sides 50% of the way up the mtn with a few minor crossings. 90% is beginner with some good stuff off to the sides in places. My personal favorite local trails.

been telling folks we need to get down there. It's 35 minutes or less from C-ville, Crozet, Scottsville and some other places. Good lo-cal for the family and always stuff to do. Two new local breweries and a hard cider joint opening up soon too.

Yes it's a very nice trail, and you can take a short hike to the falls as well. The only downside is how far away it is. Makes for a long day trip.

Ed, you can do it in the CRV no problem. Let's not make it contingent on you getting your D90 on the road

Tire places and SCUBA places won't touch 'em.

ROFL, I know. Honestly I think they were just clueless. They claimed could only do NITROX and not Nitro only.

Costco claimed their air lines were not rated to 200psi, which is a joke.

I'm honestly not sure we all want to know the answer to this question.
