Tony, dawg nag it I missed it again...... I have never been too fond of doing side jobs partly because
of murphy's law. if something will go wrong it wil be at the time of a side job which you have done in a shop a million times with out a hitch. I hate to have to wait for parst to show up and then two weeks later make time to go back to install 'em just to find that something does not fit or bolts are missing. you get my point, but if you feel I can be of assistance just turn on the bat signal, i will do my best to answer questions and if you want me to come over and assist on an installation,.... just ask......

sorry you couldn't make it, we had a good time. Especially good that Bill could finally make it out!

In terms of side jobs, I was really just curious, but if someone could figure out how to get my goddamed fuking hood open I'd be happy. It's always the easy stuff. And Charles, no, there isn't a separate release off to the side as we discussed.

in regards to the happy hour, I completely forgot about it but the good thing is that I found my mom at my place cooking dinner...

I'll take you one in the morning -- it's just the pin arrangement. It may be time for the sawzall.

Tony call me or email me on the hood release. The lever isn't working ? The mechanism itself is easily worked by screwdriver.

Thanks doug, that helped. It appears that the pin went in slightly offcenter (most likely as a hinge support popped out.) Have is 80% torn down now.
