Hey all lets skip the happy hour, and everyone meet up at British Car Day instead. This Sunday @ Lilypons in MD.

I can dole out jerry cans and stuff for Doug...

Or, if you really want your roll cage done we have a wrenching/bending/rolling party at my place! Did you forget we have work to do?

I'd love to but I have family commitments on Saturday and figured I could make this one a family trip too.

I'm not exactly prepared either (although I think you said you might have some suitable tubing). And certainly no end in site for projects in general. I started making some rear bumperettes before losing my D90 for a few weeks and I need to finish those too!

What are you working on? More rack stuff?

I mentioned the idea to the wifey and she was not against it.... Not sure what that means yet, but I'll try to make it with the (entire) family. Will likely bring the D to enter the "competition" (I did not see the LR3 in the list of past winners ), but I have to find out first how much time on site we are talking about and what else there is to do in the area (since I can't see the inlaws spend more than 1-2 hours looking at (British) cars & trucks.

Sorry guys, Jonathan has spoken and I will be at his place helping to build a cage for my truck. I can bring stuff there if anyone is planning to come by and collect their goodies.

More an exercise in having AC for the summer so that I can carry the kid around without child protective services coming after me.

Ok, so let's try to set the record straight: who is planning on going there?

Who? Loic + Mary + Ethan + Lana + inlaws
Expected arrival time? TBD
Entering competition? Depends on arrival time.
Vehicule driven? D90 + LR3
Chances on bailing out at the last minute? 50% (will update tomorrow)

Jonathan's place is probably closer to great falls than the BCD site.

I'd also be more inclined to go check out what Mo and Curly are up to, maybe make some progress on my own projects, so looking doubtful.

I need to finish these: http://lhsw.com/gallery/d90_rear_corner_protectors

Nope-I'm already doing the upper side of the beltway so the car show isn't that far off the beaten path. Woodbridge is way off and there's nothing for the kids to do. I'll go do the the British car day. Trey is into cars so it should be a good time. Let's try to get together before you go to the GWN.
