Good time tonight, good to see everyone. 110 made it back just fine, refused to get to 180 degrees.

Yes good seeing you guys. Glad to see the 110 is now certified for diaper runs. Let's see if we can get it rated for "1/3 the way to the trails"

Once again, I wussed out. I got home about 3pm, did some yard work, and then at 6pm the thought of driving to Arlington just didn't excite me, even if it was to see you guys!

No problem. Actually it was a good thing. Not once did I have to put up with hearing a giggle followed by "Oh Jonathan" from the strippers.

Jay's has strippers now?! I can only imagine what they must look like based on their clientele....all wrinkley, sagging boobs, oh yeah, and chain smoking. Someone needs to invent a vomiting smiley face, I'd insert it right here.

Gents.. I missed the meeting again, this time it was for an early mother's day dinner.. I wanted to avoid the crowds on sunday so decided to mingle on friday and saturday night drunks...
"Mom on friday and Brandy and her Mom on sat." and for the record I did not mean they were the drunks but rather all other patrons at the stablishment....

Gents, is it too early to schedule the next one? In laws are in town starting Friday and for three weeks, so any week evenings should be just fine for me ().

Follow-up Post:

Carlos, are you still driving that 18-wheeler of yours? How's the Rangie?

hi Loic,
yes Iam still driving that pig. currently the 87 rangie sits alot, mainly because it blew an a/c hose so. Im using that as an excuse to build a 4.6 and convert all pullies to serpentine and upgrade a/c.
the 1990 has been sitting on the side of the road outside my inlaws farm for sale for about 1 year ....
many inquiries many calls but no serious offers
the 1995 lwb has received the 4.6, it has been run at idle for about 30 hrs with out hickups..... it is insured, but I have not gotten around to visit the local shop for it s emmisions and state insp so I can tag it and drive it. sometime in the summer it will be repainted british racing green instead of the white received by its former owner. I hate it, white outside open the door an it is green, interior is ivory.
Im stuck driving my honda and Brandy's jaguar......

Good to hear from you Carlos.

Someone suggest a date, but I'll tell you the 29th is no good for me.

Just want to say that I had dinner tonight @ Cheff Geoff's and got to meet Anthony. The food is outstanding and parking is easy. It is not in a "downtown" area and is pretty close to Chain Bridge and Clara Barton Pkwy so for those coming east is may even be faster to get to than Jay's. Thanks very much to Anthony for the hospitality and great to meet you. Anybody that wants to come and do happy hour here I will meet you there anytime. A really great spot all around!

If everyone wanted to try something different I would be happy to have a crowd here. We have a roped off area in front of our restaurant I may be able to get reserved for all the trucks plus we have free parking in the rear of our restaurant which is always available. We have great food and an awesome happy hour ($5.95 burgers, $8.95 pizzas, and more!) and $7.95 Supermug Beers (thats 33oz and your choice of 24 taps!). We are also kid friendly if some of you want/need to bring the fam. Sorry for the lengthy note but figured it would be another option and a different atmosphere. And we can pick anyday we want! Let me know if you have any questions and we can do this anytime.

Cheers, Anthony
