Goose, I'm in.

I was trying to recruit a certain Aussie to come with me but he's out of town. He did say you have some stuff of his that he would like me to RURR if possible.

Any estimates on ETA's?

They are 2 Nicks, the one you speak off is at the Cross Street Market ( still there )

The one by the water is the old Nicks Marina

Chagouris opened it originally. Sun eagerly proffers that they can't figure out who owns it now. Typical nonsense Sun reporting.

I used to hang with Pia back in the day.

Correct Tommy used to own both like 10 yrs ago, but he did not make sound decision as he bought the restaurant and the Marina, I think in 2006 he went belly up, and the bank owned it for few years, running them to the ground, no one wanted to go there, until the guys from Dewey , took it over as Operators.

I believe it is owned by the Developer who re-did Fort McHenry, The Silo, and the likes, and rumor has it, there is a plan to build a Waterfront Community right there

That is the Customers peer

Look towards the left , plenty

However , that is not the most desirable marina to dock

I especially appreciated the fact that our server had two good eyes and no spittle in the left corner of her mouth.
