MAR work day

Is ROAV having a work day/clean up this weekend? If not, when is it?

I've emailed Steve Young from ROAV about the work days. He posted on Discoweb about the need for volunteers for MAR. I as yet have not heard from him. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything. I think that area got hit pretty good by the tropical storm.

Ok got some contact info for anyone interested in the work weekend. Stephen Young email stephenyoung at aol dot com cell number 703-283-6090. Looks like a group from the DC area is heading down around 7am.

yeah, downtown richmond and the surrounding area got pounded by the storm. i work in shockoe bottom and was in the whole thing. really scary. i might try and make out to the MAR day if i can.
