Now Jimmy, when one Land Rover is doing 70mph and gets passed by another bigger Land Rover doing 75mph...that technically counts as blowing the doors off. LOL

That Puma was nice though.
Here's its motor...

Depends on who was driving when Will passed, I was not in the truck at the time. I got it up to nearly 140kph at times, but some people that drove the puma drove it preeeetty slow.

I've never driven a Puma, but I've driven a few TD5's, and they are pretty quick compared to a RV8 or Tdi.

I haven't had a ton of miles on a Td5 compared to the 2.4 and 2.2 Tdci, but I still feel like the Td5 had more power. I like the gearbox a lot more in the Tdci trucks though.

I get the facts from a guy who knows that guy at the Rover Rally...he's usually in a circle around a truck or a fire.

Ha ha ha...
What's distorted is my belly, or is that the actual size?

Yeah, or that English---excuse me, Welsh--- guy he runs around with named Steve.

Speaking of Steve, many of you know Steve, who shoots photos and such for LRO magazine.
I took a picture of his 110 and the unique guage pod he made.

1. Steve's 110
2. Guage pod
3. Guage pod-another angle that D2 owners might recognize...
4. Steve and Fred investigating the cooler
