I'm hopeful...depends on work.

Jack, any room for an extra cot in that thing? If it rains you could rent space!

Does one really have to pre-register or can one just pay when one gets there. Am going but if the weather is like last year it might be a change of mind.

I don't know the answer but assume we do.

I think the problem with these events is they have to get the registrations to cover the costs, which won't go away if it rains. So we all have to make the commitment up front and pre-pay else they wouldn't be able to do it each year if we all waited till the event to decide to go or not.

I'll be there and for the first time in 6 or 7 years I decided to forgo a vendor booth and just wheel with friends. This should be a good stress reliever for me. I'm Roverless and a couple of my old trucks will be there I can play and not have the worry of breaking anything.

That is the point, Charles. If 10 people show up or 325 show up, we are still planning on 20-30 porta-potties, tents, vendors, food, etc...

So bring your foul-weather gear, plan for the worst, and it'll end up being a gorgeous weekend!

PS. even though Eric won't be "vending", I'll still point him out to people so he can answer questions all day (HE HE)

Galen The S&D sale may still happen just in a smaller tent/EZ Up I am still looking into what I have to bring.

Ron The MAR is great for spare seats I'll look for you down there. Do you still need a room at the Motel or are you camping?

YES still need the room . let me know how you want to handle it. BTW got the parts and installed the front end parts. I still need the door capping for the ST doors and the passanger side door top.

Before MAR I'll need to finish installing the ARB, CB and heated seats...............

Look for the SoLaRoS bunch in the upper field and we'll buy you a beer.

Free beer I'm there! This will be good since I can sleep in a little and not have to have the tent open at dawn I can hang out for the nightlife.

I believe the late fee has been dropped; same price up to the event.

But, please register soon as it helps us plan the event better when we know if 150 trucks will be showing up or 275 showing up!
