Maybe you should sell your D90 and buy a 4 cylinder JP? Better gas mileage.

He tows the Defender down, so no matter what he wheels he is still getting bad mpgs on the drive down.

With no T-case as of yet I'm also out, even if I had it I would be cutting it close to be driving 600 miles (seeing as how the last one died with less then 500 miles on it).

I might take you up on that! Did Fernando get his Rangy done? It sounded pretty sweet.

If you want rocks, http://www.xjsrule.com/ located in Crozet, VA. approx. 50 minutes from the MAR location, but these are tough rocks, I dont think you'd want to drag a D-90 all over the rocks there...alot of it is buggy territory

Mike, Fernando is trying to get the rangie done for Mar. I have only seen pics of it so far. We just ordered a 3 link for it though. Also have to get Jorges truck ready with the 3 link that has been sitting in my garage all summer.

Chris, I will let you know when we figure it out what the plans are.

Randy, get Jorge's truck done so I can have his track rod! Don't let Mike see it in the back seat though. He steals things...

Ahhh. Can't wait. My wife suggests that it seems a little frustrating to throw 350 Rovers of mixed capabilites and skill levels into 500 acres in Virginia for 3 days usually following a hurricane, but I said I don't care, I go for the glory of traffic jams, soupy mud and not bathing for 4 days.
Randy Williams, Gary Chalk and I are heading down Thursday afternoon, with plans to probably meet in Frederick/ Winchester. What day/time are others tentatively planning to head down? Maybe we could meet up and make some traffic snarling convoy! Especially at fuel stops!

Trails are afficially open 12:00 Thursday, no real "events" on Thursday, just the marching band, ceremonial address to the crowds, white dove release, etc.
