LA Happy Hour with Jeff Briggs - April 12th

For reasons I will never understand, Jeff is flying to LA to help me install my new clutch, cross seals, rear main, reseal transfer case, mow lawn, do laundry, and mock Neil.

In honor of his visit and we should do a happy hour. I am thinking Thursday, April 12th. This is more than a month away so there is plenty of time for everyone to flake. Also everyone is welcome to come by my place to laugh when Jeff goes home even though my truck is in pieces.

Awesome! I've always wanted to go to barry's lavish & modern Israeli compound to savor the traditional delights such as gefelta fish braised in the tears of palestinian children and VVI rated diamond crusted matza balls

Will you bring your new automatic 911? I don't get to see many of them on the west side.

Does anyone have a highlift to get my transmission crossmember out?

I have a highlift, but the bottle neck jack will do nicely with some 4x4 pieces of wood. Or you could invite Josh and use his mule like calf muscles.

Charles, this was priceless on so many fronts... I know it was about laundry, but with you being South African, and living in the South... Too many easy jokes.

Agreed on the first part, but I don't think I'd consider Northern Virginia the "south" .

Too funny. It never occurred to me it would be misconstrued! Barry is that why you asked?

True... Virginia, probably like Atlanta has more people from the "North" me included, than the "South", but the Mason-Dixon Line was the Pennsylvania state line...

That's right ya'll we live the South!

But yes, most people here are not "from here". My wife is a local - born and raised in DC and surrounding area.

Sorry I'm going to miss the party.
