LA Happy Hour Resurrection

Neil's idiotic quest for a Puma has reminded me that we haven't met up for a happy hour in a long time.

Anyone want to meet up? I can relay the info to Brian since he quit the board.

Hell yeah I'm down, lets go someplace with real food, not those costco burger patty geezer joints that Barry keeps picking. And if he wants to keep the money in his circle like the jew he is we can even do Cantors Deli on Fairfax, they got a big parking lot. It's actually close to the original cock and bull pub biulding, which is now actually a Land Rover/Jaguar dealer on sunset.

Jeff,

Why don't you set it up for us.

Neil,

Cantors is shit but they do have a bar and a parking lot so that is fine.

Go ask your dad if you can leave work one night at 5pm so we can meet there at 6 or 7.

It's commonly known around D90 circles that Barry has the star of david and Benjamin Netanyahu's face tatooed on his lower back, you can barely see except only when he bends over to tease you.

I figure its a centralized location for all of us and since its free parking that'll pretty much guarantee your attendance. If you want me to set it up, I say Korean BBQ, plenty of swine and liqour and free/cheap parking. Let me know.

I'm down with Korean BBQ.

Someone set a date and a time for us to bail on.

Korean BBQ works for me. Post up a date and time when you decide. What restaurant were you thinking Neil?

Theres a place on Western and Santa Monica Blvd just south of Santa Monica thats my favorite. About 22 bucks, all you can eat, you get up and get your meat unlike the other places so you don't have to bother the waitress that much. Also they have a big parking lot.

Cool. I've been to Manna a few times when it was in K-Town and now in little tokyo. Decent place but only garage parking, not sure the trucks will fit. Does your spot have a decent parking lot?

Just saw they have a big parking lot. Should've read all the way through!

Yeah they do, AND its free parking. Perfect place for a meet. Right off the 101 fwy off Santa Monica. Foods real good, and you get as much raw garlic, onions and shrooms. Only real eaters apply!

I would be down to come up. Only thing is that I'm still on deployment and won't be home for another two weeks.
