Well this fell through pretty quickly. D90dang, where in Northridge are you? I spend a lot of time in tarzana but don't see many defenders around the area.

Nice, I'll keep an eye out.

There's an all british car meet at Woodley park in Sherman Oaks on 3/20. I know some of the SCLR guys are going. Maybe a LA D90 Happy Hour can follow that event.

That show is usually pretty decent. Not a ton of Rovers but it would be nice if a bunch of us showed up. I'm in if we can actually get it together.

Woodley Park is a great venue for car shows. Maybe Jay Leno will show up with one of his cool cars. He drove his Stanley Steamer to a show there a couple years back...

This is a complete hi jack but i was able to tour Jays collection a couple years ago and IMO this is the coolest car he has.

Seeing it in person is the only way to really appreciate how massive it is.

I'll be there. Are you going to register and put your truck on display?

Doubt it. I'm definitely going to try and make it but it's supposed to rain this weekend so we'll see if anyone even shows up.

Do you really determine which car will be used 5 days in advance based on a forecast? Wow.

I've already planned out the next few months, Horsey. I may be more of a maniac than Barry. I actually may need to start walking as it cost me almost $100 to fill up one of my Discos this weekend. WTF. Barry, how do I put a prius engine in?

I paid $3.85/gallon yesterday but I've seen it higher than $4.00 around town.

$3.50 for me yesterday. I think right outside the Holland Tunnel is some of the cheapest gas around, though. NJ is usually subsidized (plus we're not allowed to pump our own gas).
