At times, traversing the Cross Bronx to the GW can feel like a drive to that Jersey.

Was just about to update this.

Yep, I'm a go. Looks like we have a few others interested as well.

Let's say 2:30PM on Sunday at The Huntley Taverne in Summit, NJ - located at

3 Morris Ave Summit, NJ 07901
(908) 273-3166
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Huntle...308.92,,0,7.74

which is right next to Rolf's
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Rolf's...139.91,,0,9.35

Rolf will bring this beauty:

http://www.rolfsauto.com/

I will bring this beauty (will probably have the steelies on...getting ready for Winter Romp):

Do you ever make it to the monthly NJLR meetups at Fuddruckers?
I know, I know. Family life has been wicked busy - my wife is running 2 companies, then the 3 kids, and I've been trying to self-teach myself fabrication/TIG welding to get something going bike wise, then of course riding said bikes and building MTN bike trail, and now with winter - snowboarding (which I love AND can do with the family). I have projects for the D90 that have been on the bench for many months.

Wish I could do the NJLR meetup - as it is I can barely make the Wednesday night ice hockey with an 8:30 start.

Hoping there is an RC event this spring. I will try like hell to make it as I can ironman it and do and out and back just using 1 day up.

Give me 10 years - I should have more time when the kids are older

Gus - what part of Monmouth county? If you are anywhere near Red Bank I'd love to meet up. I'm sure a few of the Monmouth locals could meet up too.

I will be there if I can get my truck started. It's so cold my truck won't start. Anyone have any ideas on how to start it?

get some new glow plugs. or you can light a small fire under the sump and heat up the engine to turn it over. They used to do that in russia when it got real cold out.

Try jumping it. My diesel wouldn't start yesterday am but the glow plugs were working fine. The battery was just so cold it couldnt spin the high compression of a diesel fast enough. I jumped it and it fired right up.

There are some pine barren like trails to hit up just on the other side of six flags. Its a wildlife reserve or something. Drove through there and came across gun ranges, bow range and a pond or two.

We could meet up for coffee and hit up that dinner next to domino's in red bank.

I was there 2 weeks ago. It's colliers mills. Basically a hunting area. The one by six flags is more trails sequence but still not anything special
