its awesome. I posted pics of the Skottle (in action and mounted on the spare) as its the best cooking tool I've used (and I try a new one each year), for parks that don't allow open fires. Worked really well for things like fajitas, breakfast, etc. Legs come off and store easily. cooking pan mounts easily to spare with a little ingenuity (and spare tire cover keeps it clean)

Planning a trip down there in March- hoping wildflowers will be in full bloom!! Love the Skottle!! A bit dubious of the speedo shot though ;-)

Ha. the speedo is legit. Flat out on I-10, though with a little tailwind. Actually wind from all directions, I felt like I was going to blow over a couple of times from crosswinds - some of the canyons create crazy wind situations. Let me know if you have questions - I spend a fair amount of time there. We also checked out the hot springs and rafted the rio grande using Far Flung Adventures. The rafting is a must
