Had a nice week

In the black hills on the 63 inch or less trails. The forestry service maps were 100 percent off so I used a APP for my phone that was spot on and screen saved shots for when we didn't have service, which was often.

I have to say this was exactly what these rigs were made for. I can't wait to get out there again.

My Army buddy and I linked up in KC and went North on I29 where we picked up another pal of ours in Sioux Falls. From there we took the scenic route of 18 west instead of interstate. Glad we did, the trip was really fun on that kind of old school, in no hurry, way.

We went through the badlands and then black hills. Great times.

Great pics, looks like fun. Next time bring a saw or chainsaw!

Funny you mention that, we had chainsaw on the list of gear, next time, for sure. That tree was hit by lightning, it was HUGE and the shrapnel from it was everywhere. Good christ anyone within 20 feet of that would be killed, it was wild seeing the black streak in the core.

He is active duty and refused to wear much more then that during the entire trip. We didn't make a lot of eye contact during bounding events up and down trails so it was quite fine.

I have my post military beard that deflects nude male imagery any-ways.
