I cant remember what he said about the axles. But it was a Fiat engine mated to a Mitsubishi transmission and custom chassis. It drove very nicely from what I could see when he was driving around.

That was a really great weekend and I'm certainly glad I put the swampers on. It was great meeting the NJ crew.

And it did very well on the steep, tougher trails. Even through the tight spots. It was super muddy and slippery.

Not a lot of trail pics but here's what I have. Looking for a decent video. My rig officially isn't a mall cruiser anymore! Thanks to Kenny and Dan for guiding me up the steep ones!

Here's a quick video. Warning, nothing exciting at all as I didn't do anything crazy. It gives a decent lay of the land. Howard's place is a small farm (75 acres?) on the side of a small mountain with several connecting plateau's/levels to wheel. Under 6 minutes. Speed is at 150%. NSFW!!! Enjoy.

Video!

Talking about the green range rover in the pic with the white top? That belongs to George who is a NJLR member. His brother in law was driving it as well. I dont think he is on any of the forums that much.

It looks like you guys had fun. I wish I was there with you guys. Did anyone sleep in tents? That would have been really cool.

Chris, I love that drop! I guess a cop showed up Saturday because someone thought they saw a stuck car on the side of the road by the drop.

Good seeing the Boston crew as always.

Howard, again thanks for the wonderful hospitality and you are always welcome at my place anytime the Strangers are in town
