Gore (VA) this past weekend

This was a member-only run for my local 4x4 club so I didn't invite anyone, but figured I'd share a couple of photos as I had I great time. This is on a trail called corum

Once I get my Rover fetish stabilized I need to get out on some trails!

It's more like what kind of rover driver wheels with jeeps? The kind the wheels I am one of only a few rover owners in the club, and the only one the wheels semi-consistently. But the club has all kinds and I like it that way.

Yeah, that's my D90. I'm really bad about taking pictures, but figured it was a good shot when I walked down hill to spot someone up.

Jonathan, I forget exactly where you moved to, but I bet Gore is real close to you. It's awesome for a day trip, and great for camping too. Has a gun range for you gun-types as well.

I am still in Woodbridge, just about 3 miles closer to you!

Cool. It's just west of Winchester, so still close.

Looks like fun. I used to avoid that trail like the plague with my stock series drive train. I'm looking forward to driving it with the new modified drive train.

Our club used to do a run up there this time of year too but it got kind of expensive for families with kids and all. We're hoping to go up later in the winter.

I know what you mean about wheeling. I'm the only rover in my club and one of only a couple non jeeps. This pic is from crawler ridge at Rausch Creek this past weekend.
