If we bring the S2a (or if anyone in RDU can haul it or lend a trailer) - we could fit my Full kegerator..if anyone has gennie power for it and is willing to deal with the power bit...
I'll buy a 1/2 keg of decent beer for it if the power and transport works out

Ok guys....this just in:

"The large Land Rover contingent will be above the Land Rover staging area, so it will look very cool."
There you have it. If you look at a site map you will get the general idea of where we are going to be.
I will have my trailer set up with a Union Jack flying......looking fwd to seeing you all!

Also: There will be a private entrance for use after you have checked in for those wish to go into town after hours.

Figured I would throw that out there.

I do not have a receipt for my cc purchase of admission and camping other than a credit card statement.
There were no stickers or anything of the like mailed.

Mark Garrenton emailed and the organizers said they would send him a receipt.
I have nothing to show I paid, really.

I e-mailed overland this morning but haven't received anything back. I never saw an e-mail showing purchase confirmation. I think I'll be placing a call.

That's why it said in a huge font across the screen please print your receipts, they will serve as your proof of purchase and will be needed for entry. They also sent a confirmation email.

I contacted Alison DeLapp and sent her my CC details of the purchase. She promptly looked it up and sent an E-mail receipt for my registration. I'm good to go!

my route down - I81 all the way to I26 to Asheville. Potential timing at key points enroute Friday:
* I81 @ Harrisonburg, VA ~9am
* I81 @ Blacksburg, VA ~ 11am
* I81 @ I26 turnoff ~ 1pm
on site ~14:30

I am going to try and get out the door a few hrs earlier than that if I can. Maybe if I snore and fart enough my wife will be happy to see me leave earlier

We're heading out about 5AM from Suffolk Va. 58 to 85 to 40 to Ashville. I'm stopping by Jeff Payne's shop to drop off an engine then heading to Taylor's Farm to setup camp. Timeframe looks like 1:00/2:00 to Jeff's then a short run over to the campsite.
